At Ufo Plast Italy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want to ensure that you receive items that meet your needs. To guarantee this, all returns must be in brand-new condition.

If your order was placed within 30 DAYS of the order date on the Ufo Plast Italy website, please contact us at [email protected] to receive return instructions and a return reference number (if your return is accepted).

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be intact and in their original packaging.
All returns will be inspected. If the returned items show any signs of installation or use, a refund will not be issued. For this reason, it’s important to provide pictures of the item you wish to return by emailing them to [email protected].
Returned items must be in new condition, with no signs of wear, in their original packaging, and include all tags and documentation originally provided.

We cannot accept returns for items that show any signs of use, damage, or wear. This includes, but is not limited to, scratches, scuffs, dents, dirt, pet hair, or any indication that the product has been mounted or used.

Return shipping fees, international duties/taxes, and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange the item for a different product or color, we will issue a refund once the return is inspected, and you may place a new order online at your convenience.

Any product defects, damages, or errors must be reported to Ufo Plast Italy ([email protected]) within two (2) business days of receiving the package; otherwise, the return may be refused.

When contacting our customer care team to initiate a return, please provide your order reference number and the email/name used to place the order.

You may return your items using your preferred shipping carrier or the most convenient option. Return shipping costs will be at your expense. We recommend using a carrier that provides a tracking number to confirm proof of return and to allow Ufo Plast Italy to track the package, ensuring a refund is processed as quickly as possible.

Please include the original packing slip and the return reference number inside the package.
